Flat Tire Pack - Mederie x Lovulum x Savage x
Flat Tire Series: Grapes, grapes everywhere.
The series was made in collaboration with Lovulum, De Mederie, Illegaal & Domaine Montaillant for Restaurant Savage in Brussels. In the summer of 2023 Maxence from Restaurant Savage in Brussels asked us & De Mederie to make a cider with the grapes of Domaine Montaillant. Last September, the team of Savage & Illegaal went to Loire to pick grapes. When driving there, the tire of their van exploded, dramatically. Hence the name of our project. The project consists of: - Wine from Pinot Noir & Chardonnay by Domaine Montaillant. - Ciders with Pinot Noir by De Mederie & Lovulum. - Beer with Pinot Noir by Illegaal. The packs can either be picked up at De Mederie on the 1st of May (holiday) or can be shipped in Belgium. Unfortunately, we don't ship abroad, so please don't buy a pack if you can't pick it yourself or have it shipped in Belgium.
