Blackcurrants, raspberries and lots of raw sunflower honey are the ingredients of our first own mead. Matured in wooden barrels, to really do justice to the flavors.
And the name? It refers to a record of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, the all-time favorite album of brewer Jorre from De Mederie.
