Our cider: pure, local, and a bit of Normandy
AtDe Mederiewe make cider as it should be: with real apples, without additives, and in the most natural way possible.
Our base?Local high-stem applesthat we pick ourselves. But because we want that little extra, we mix in a bit ofreal Norman cider appleswhich we personally collect in Normandy – in that historic cider region, we find not only apples but also inspiration!
Pressing apples into juice
On a cold but sunny day in October, it's always nice to work. The harvesting
and working has a kind of romance.
Especially when you know this has been done for centuries.
Why our cider is different

We love to experiment, so in addition to classic cider, we also makeciders with other fruits.
